Credit Card Utilized to Make Payments on Internet
Sage, accepts payments on internet or online payments.
iSHOPXPERT cannot accept your order until the payment has been completed and finalized. Acceptable payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and/or Discover. Upon payment, SAGE will acknowledge the confirmation of the order by a display onscreen once your payment details have been accepted. This will be followed by an e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail address provided on your order details. There will be an opportunity to check and correct any errors before submitting the order, which is done by clicking the “Confirm Order” button on the checkout page. Your order represents an offer to purchase our products, which will be accepted when we send an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order. A legally binding contract is created between the buyer and seller once the order is accepted. iSHOPXPERT reserves the right to refuse any orders for any reason at its discretion, and will not be liable to answer to the buyer or any involved parties in these circumstances. In the unlikely event that the price of an item is incorrectly advertised on this website, we will contact you by e-mail address or telephone number that was provided in your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed to purchase the item at the correct price. Using a credit/debit card as payment confirms that the said card is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order. We will also not be held accountable for any delay or non-delivery and are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for the charges made to you by the card issuer or bank as a result of processing your credit/debit card.

Enforcement, Modification, and Requirement
The online payment terms and conditions are applied to all products and services which were paid for by the use of a credit/debit card. In addition, the customer paying with a credit/debit card agrees to all terms and conditions. The customer waives the right to file a complaint or charge for any compensation resulting from the possibility of cancellation on the order(s) of products and/or services when the payment is made inaccurately and/or does not follow the payment terms and conditions as stated.

SAGE recognizes the concerns about security on the internet; however, our website uses a secure server that implements secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for our online ordering process to protect your payment card information. When the “continue with order” is clicked upon completion of the selection of products, the browser will proceed to automatically go into secure mode. Data relating to your order, such as, your personal, and payment card details will be sent to our server in an encrypted format. Once the ordering and payment process has been finished, the browser will exit the secure mode. As an additional protective measure, our system is designed so that an order cannot be placed unless the user is safely within the secure mode. It is recommended that the buyer does not communicate details of payment, such as credit/debit card information, to anyone, including our company, by e-mail. We cannot be held wholly or partly responsible for any losses that may incur if you choose to transmit any information via an internet link or e-mail. The buyer is entirely responsible for any such losses. Any legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to these purchase terms shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in the U.S.A. Should the applicable state law differ from that of other state laws in the U.S.A. in which the client resides, it will apply to the case and be brought before that state’s state or federal courts. It is required by law to inform the buyer that sales can be concluded in U.S.A. only and that no public filing requirements apply. iSHOPXPERT may change these Purchase Terms at any time, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases that may have been made before the change was implemented. The Purchase Terms currently in effect are those published on this website.

Payment Cancellation
We reserve the right to deny and cancel any inaccurate payments under 2 and 3, even if the payment has been operated on. An e-mail will be sent via the e-mail address or any contacts that were specified regarding the cancellation, which may cause your order(s) of the products and/or services to be incomplete.

Return Payment
Due to the cancellation under 4, the full amount of money that was paid will be returned to your card within 5-20 business days (depending on the policies of your card issuer). Please, note that such cancellations will be rendered without the fee deduction. We suggest you contact our sales agents to assist any needs concerning the order(s) of products and/or services as soon as possible.
